Sivakasi Yellovae Crackers wants order issues to be handled fairly and promptly. Contact us at +91 97877455777 or Sivakasiyellovaecracker@gmail.com and provide your order details before returning any product.
Cancellation before dispatch
You may request cancellation before an order is packed, handed to a transport provider or otherwise committed for dispatch. Approval depends on the order status and any non-recoverable charges already incurred.
Damaged, defective or incorrect products
Contact us as soon as reasonably possible if products are damaged, defective, materially different from what was confirmed, or if the wrong item was supplied. Keep the original packaging and provide clear photographs, video, invoice and transport details where available. We will review the issue and offer the remedy required by applicable law, which may include replacement, refund or another appropriate resolution.
Safety-sensitive goods
Because firecrackers are regulated and safety-sensitive, change-of-mind returns after dispatch or delivery may not be accepted where the law permits, especially if packaging is opened, damaged or storage conditions cannot be verified. This does not affect remedies available for defective, damaged, incorrect or unlawfully supplied goods.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are sent through an agreed method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and will be communicated when the refund is approved. Transport, handling or payment charges are refunded where required by law or specifically agreed by Sivakasi Yellovae Crackers.
